Online Discussion Response Email From Buyer To The Secondary Contact Is Sent To All Supplier Contacts (Doc ID 3069561.1)

Symptoms

Online discussion response message notification email from buyer is sent to all the supplier contacts of the negotiation if the original
discussion was started by a secondary contact.

In Oracle Sourcing, when a buyer/full access internal collaboration team member is replying to All Internal members + 2 contacts
from a selected supplier (Primary and Secondary Contacts), the response notification is being sent to all the primary contacts of
other suppliers available in the same RFQ. 

STEPS
1. Publish an RFQ with multiple invited suppliers (in this case 3) and multiple collaboration team members.
2. On the RFQ - defined one supplier as Supplier 1 and from that supplier, defined primary Contact A as <ContactA>@xxxx.com and Contact B as <ContactB>@xxxx.com.
3. Log in as supplier Contact B and sent an online discussion message from Contact B to make that contact a recipient option going forward.
4. Internal Buyer logs in and sends an online response message to All Internal Members + Selected Suppliers (Supplier 1 - Contact A and Contact B only).
5. The response mail notifications is sent to the primary contacts from other suppliers (Supplier 2 and Supplier 3) i.e. email notifications sent to All Suppliers
