Symptoms

When attempting to ran CLE: Home Banking Gate Transfers Format,
the following error occurs in log:

No transfers to process on the chosen account


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AP/AR Localization responsibility.
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a new request.
3. Ran "CLE: Home Banking Gate Transfers Format".
