On : 12.1.3 version, Forms for App Technology
When Attempting To Launch The EBS Form
the following error occurs.

FRM-92050: Failed to connect to the Server: /forms/lservet:-1

Java Exception
java.io.IOEXception: Negative content-length from http://hostname.domainname:port/forms/frmservlet?
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Re-Installed the JDK on EBS Server
2. Try to Launch the Java Form
3. It Throws the Above Error
