Symptoms

 After upgrade 12.2 to 12.2.12 when action such as Approving/Reassigning notification from the Worklist, the message displayed is not translated and remains in English.

 

 Steps to Reproduce:

 Login to EBS => access Worklist => open notification

 Message then displays =>

 SubmitProcess

 Action in progress

 Action is getting processed
