Symptoms

Income tax is deducted from salary for ineligible employees i.e. when salary is below taxable slabs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to India HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. View > Submit Request
3. Run Payroll
4. Go to > View > Assignment Process Results > View SOE
5. Check Statement of Earnings
