Symptoms

When trying to do online accounting for a transaction, the following error occurs:

 

APP-AR-96282: VertexTransactionForSyncNotFoundException: This operation cannot be completed for transaction identified by 31485697#6#82#MEBSUAT#6. There is no current transaction in the Tax Journal. This may be because such a transaction does not exist in the journal or all such transactions are rolled back


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables responsibility
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions

  1. Query the transaction
  2. (M) Tools > Create Accounting
  3. The error above appears
