JTF Page Access Tracking Tables Are Not Beeing Populated (Doc ID 3070053.1)

Symptoms

JTF tables (ex : JTF_PF_SES_ACTIVITY) used for Page Access Tracking Audit are not being populated with the auditing data.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Enable Page Access Tracking Audit through Oracle Applications Manager
  2. Run the concurrent program "Page Access Tracking Data Migration" - the program completes successfully
  3. Check the data in JTF audit tables:
    JTF.JTF_PF_SES_ACTIVITY
    JTF.JTF_PF_ANON_ACTIVITY
    JTF.JTF_PF_APP_SUMM
    JTF.JTF_PF_HOST_SUMM
    JTF.JTF_PF_PAGE_SUMM
    JTF.JTF_PF_USER_SUMM

>> the tables are empty

 

Changes
