Symptoms

Error while entering Rent Increase agreement for lease:

ERROR

FRM-40831: Truncation occurred: value too long for field USER_RESPONSIBLE

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to Property Manager > Rent Increase.
2. Enter New rent increase agreement.
3. Fill the details in the form.
4. Save.
5. Observed the Error mentioned above and username truncated to 30 characters.
