Program 'Call New And Purged' (ARARCALL): When Executed, No Records Are Created in AR_ARCHIVE_HEADER (Doc ID 3070187.1)

Symptoms

The database table AR_ARCHIVE_HEADER is not populated after having ran the program 'Call New and Purged'.

This can be reproduced with the steps below:

In the database (using SQL DEVELOPER or any other similar tool):

1. Execute the query below:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: View > Requests

2. Run program 'Call New And Purged'.

3. Verify in the LOG that transactions have been purged.

In the database:

4. Again, execute query from step #1.

5. No variation is found in the quantity of reported records (if records were purged, new records should be added to the database table AR_ARCHIVE_HEADER).
