Symptoms
When attempting to create bank account number for Belgium, Getting following error message:
STEPS
------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Payables Responsibility
2. Go to Suppliers -> Entry
3. Query the Supplier-> Bank details -> Create bank account
4. Enter Belgium bank account number more than 12 characters
5. Observed above error message
