Symptoms
When attempting to Submit the Single Request >State W-2 Magnetic Media for the parameters of 2024 and the State of Missouri the following error occurs:

Error ORA – 20001 error in eoy_archive_gre_data_after step:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Using the US SUPER HRMS Manager or Equivalent.
2. Submit the Single Request > Year End Pre-Process.
3. Disburse the Employee W-2 PDF's.
4. All other State W2 Magnetic Media finished without error.
5. Submit the Single Request > For the State of Missouri State W2 Magnetic Media.
6. Observe the error:

Error ORA – 20001 error in eoy_archive_gre_data_after step:

7. Customer added the MO GRE details to Work Structures > Organization > GRE/Legal > Others > State Tax Rules.
8. The single request was submitted > Year End Pre-Process Re-Archive (ER info only) with parameters of 2024, State and MO.
9. Observe the additional error:
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: Error in eoy_archive_gre_data after step : 250sqlcode : -20001

Changes
The Missouri State Account number was added to the GRE after the Year End Pre Process was submitted.
