R12: ProjPersonsVO: Performance Issue While Adding Role for the Team Member on Team Member Screen (Doc ID 3070628.1)

Symptoms

Performance issue while querying the role field in team member tab.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in to Projects Responsibility > Click Search Project.

2. Enter project number > Click Go.

3. Click project number hyperlink.

4. Click setup tab.

5. Click team member hyperlink at bottom left of screen.

6. Click Add Team member.

7. Enter new team member name.

8. Try to enter the role

9. Check whether it takes time to show the LOV or not.
