Excel Export In iSupplier Portal Request Changes Page Shows Inconsistent Reason And Action Columns (Doc ID 3070916.1)

Symptoms


When exporting data into excel worksheets from iSupplier Portal responsibility, the column names are not consistent. In the
Request for Changes page, if users export the lines to excel, the columns/ fields 'Reason' and 'Action' are not shown
if any of the line is in 'Closed' status. The columns/ fields 'Reason' and 'Action' are shown/ exported in the excel only if all
the lines are open.

STEPS

1. Log into iSupplier Portal responsibility.
2. Navigate to the Orders tab.
3. Open a Purchase Order and click on the 'Request Changes' action from dropdown list and click go.
4. In this page, export the line details to excel using the Export Button.
5. If any of the line in the PO is in closed status, the columns/ fields 'Reason' and 'Action' are not shown.
6. If all the lines in the PO are open, the columns/ fields 'Reason' and 'Action' are shown.
