Symptoms

Recently Golden Tax engine (3rd party software used by China) got upgraded. After upgrade customer is not able to import files received from Golden Tax engine to Oracle.
'VAT Invoice Import' output showing below error.

Error: VAT invoice data is not in the prescribed format

Steps to reproduce:

Responsibility: Golden Tax Manager Responsibility

Navigation: View -> Request -> Submit a New Request -> Run 'ARGTIMP: Golden Tax Invoice Import' Program
