No Data Found when selecting Serial Number at Move Order Line (Doc ID 3071437.1)

On : 12.2.10 version, Inventory Transactions


When trying to create a move order line with a specific item having lot and serial controls, the below error is firing when selecting the Serial Number from the list of values :

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using Inventory Responsibility
2. Navigate to Move Orders form
3. Create a move order, enter a Serial and Lot Controlled item and quantity (make sure the Lot number length exceeds 30 chars)
4. Enter subinvebtory, locator an lot
5. Select serial from LOV
6. Getting no data found error after serial number is populated
