Unable to stop services on application and CM nodes – processes hang or fail to accept passwords.
Concurrent Manager (CM) requests failing with errors such as:
- Java Runtime Fatal Error: SIGSEGV (0xb) at pc=0x646f
- C Engine Error 50103: ERR REP-0501: Unable to connect to the specified database.
- Database Authentication Error: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

No known changes, however Dynatrace is installed on the server, and auto update is enabled.
