Symptoms
When trying to add an item to an existing Product Classification time out occurs when search for item through LOV.
ERROR
Failure of Web Server bridge No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
Issue will be replicated using the steps:

1. Login to Oracle Apps
2. R) cMRO -> Configuration > Product Classification>Overview>
3) Search for Product Classification in Draft status> Select Tree> Select Top Node> Select More Details>
4) Select Units/Items>Select Add more Rows>Search for item.
Time out occurs eventually and the above mentioned error message is displayed.
