ECC Data Load - ECCRUNDL Does Not End Connection Reset Warning

Symptoms
When attempting to run ECC full data load, the following error occurs. This is the first time running the full data load and the installation process was performed according to steps in Doc ID 2495053.1. This occurred in ECC v12.
Warning: Could not get the job status retry(1) :Connection reset
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Concurrent request WIP ECC Data Load.
2. The ECC run logs shows above error.
