E-OAP: "BIP_12C_SCHEDULER_MIGRATION.SQL" Script Does Not Migrate The Job Schedule Correctly For OAS 7.6

Symptoms
Upgraded from OBIEE 12c to OAS 7.6, Out of Place/Migration and ran bip_12c_scheduler_migration.sql to migrate the scheduler jobs however report jobs didn't migrate and not visible in BIP UI under Report Job Page.
From the bip_12c_scheduler_migration.sql script, All rows were inserted to all tables from this script correctly, without any errors.
Verified the Triggers i.e. Qrtz_Job_Details, Qrtz_Triggers, QRTZ_CRON_TRIGGERS and migrated entries were present.
Below Scheduler related records also have migrated data:
XMLP_SCHED_JOB
XMLP_SCHED_OUTPUT
XMLP_SCHED_DATA
Identified that only jobs history had been appearing in UI, without report jobs despite both has been present in the database.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform an Out of Place Upgrade to OAS/OAP 7.6
2. Run the migration script and it run successfully. 3.
3. Login to OAP UI, and navigate to Report History Page, It shows blank entries.
