Symptoms
When attempting to run the Autoinvoice process, the following error occurs:

ZX.PLSQL.SABRIX_TAX_O2C.CALCULATE.ERROR SABRIX_TAX_O2C: CALCULATE()- : ERROR_MESSAGE = ORA-20004: ORA-64451: Conversion of special character to escaped character failed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Receivables Manager responsibility
2. Navigate to Other > Requests> Single Request
3. Enter Request Name: Autoinvoice. Enter Parameters and click OK>Submit.
