APP-PER-78213 Error Is Incorrectly Displayed in the Element Entries Form When GB BIK Assets at Emp Disposal Element Is Attached before the Tax Year Mentioned in the Element Entry Values (Doc ID 3072307.1)

Symptoms

When trying to add GB BIK Assets at Emp Disposal element in Element Entries Form with Effective Date From before the tax year dates captured in Benefit Start Date/End Date, the following error occurs:

APP-PER-78213: GB BIK Assets at Emp Disposal: The Benefit Start and End dates cannot be outside the Tax Year



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under UK HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Query for employee > Assignment > Entries > Datetrack to 30-MARCH-2025 and add new element entry -> GB BIK Assets at Emp Disposal with bellow Entry Values:
  - Assets: Other
  - Annual Value: 1000
  - Benefit Start Date: 06-APR-2025
  - Benefit End Date: 05-APR-2026
3. Try to SAVE and observe above error.
