Symptoms

When second approver tries to approve the Supplier Registration Request, the following error occurs:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supplier submits a new registration request
2. The request goes for approval
3. First approver opens the notification and approves the request
4. The second approver tires to approve the request but the workflow goes into error
