Symptoms
After upgrade to 12.2.12 users are unable to submit a quantity change request on a requisition line which is split coded
Steps
==================
1.iProcurment
2.Create req with more thane one line split code line
3.Create PO and approve
4.Click on the quantity (on any line) to open the Enter Quantity Changes
5.Change the quantity
6.Click OK
7.The lines are duplicated
8.Also there is no Change History
