After OCI Migration, MWA Disconnects After 5minutes (Doc ID 3072457.1)

Symptoms

 Oracle Mobile Applications related issues

After OCI lift and shift, the MSCA application disconnects after 5 minutes of inactivity. The Mobile Config file and device settings were increased increased but did not resolve. What else are we missing?


Symptoms observed:
Telnet, Android or iOS Devices: See Connection Dropped

Mobile Port.System.log file shows following entries:
  "(Thread-858978) PH: User null got disconnected...
   (Thread-858978) PH: caught IOException
   java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe (Write failed)"
 
STEPS to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into MSCA standard Telnet, GUI< Android or iOS devices
2. After 5 minutes of activity, observer the error
