Symptoms

Using the Process_Order API (OE_ORDER_PUB.Process_Order) within a Custom SQL Wrapper to create (import) Sales Orders into Order Management (OM), receive the following error message:

ERROR

Quantity on hand fails to satisfy reservation

Item Validation Resulted in error(s).
