Symptoms
While Performing the Subinventory Transfer for a Cross org scenario involving consigned Inventory, the Process is failing with the below error message

ERROR_CODE: Ownership transfer error
ERROR_EXPLANATION: Account Generator Failed (SuppName=XXXXXXXXXX) (SiteCode=XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using Inventory responsibility
2. Navigate to transactions > subinventory transfer
3. Fill in the details, save and notice the above error
