When attempting to end a contact relationship
the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Customers Online Data Librarian
Navigation:
Query a party, click Update Button.
Click on : Relationships, then under employment
Find few records.
Click on any record.
In the Contact Information:
Enter a value for the field:  End date
Get the  error
