Error "0: This combination is disabled. Please choose another." Encountered When Uploading Asset Using WebADI (Doc ID 3072875.1)

Symptoms

Error encountered while uploading asset via WebADI.
The WebADI allowed to select the combination in the workbook and the combination was chosen from the pop-up window but showed the error after uploading the record.

0: This combination is disabled. Please choose another.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Fixed Assets Responsibility > Assets > Assets Workbench.
2. Click Additions button.
3. Download the WebADI and enter the details.
4. Click Continue button.
5. An error is returned for the uploaded record.
