Symptoms
In the Customer Form Communications Tab (of Party Sites Details), when Update is clicked, the web page is refreshed and the updatable web page with details is not displayed.
This behavior prevents the final users to update information of 'Account Site Contacts'.
To reproduce what is mentioned, please proceed as follows:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager.
Navigation: Customers > Create/Maintain Customers.
1. Query for any Customer
2. Go to Account Details > Sites > Site Details for any Site > Communication tab.
3. In the 'Account Site Contacts' section: Click on Update .
4. The web page gets refreshed (the updatable web page with details is not displayed).
