Project Tab From Purchase Order (PO) Distributions Is Greyed Out (Doc ID 3073574.1)

When user tries to find Project details by going to :

(N) Purchasing User responsibility > Purchase Orders Summary > query for a PO > go to Shipments > Distributions

it is found that all fields under Projects tab : Project, Task, are greyed out .
