View Material transactions form throws error while searching for historical transactions based a date range (just recent 1 week) , closing the form abruptly and user is logged out of the application.

What is working
Searching with different criteria like item/ transaction type/ transaction source type etc. works fine.
 
ERROR
FND_FLEX_PRIVATE.FLEX_CLOSE_SPOOL failure
ORA 3127 : no new operations are allowed until the active operation ends

STEPS
1. Inventory > Transactions > Material transactions > Enter From - to Date range of 1 week > See above error
