Adding 1000+ Invitees To RFQ Errors: ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000 (Doc ID 3073641.1)

Symptoms

Buyers are getting a system error message when adding 1000+ invitees to a published sourcing RFQ.

After publishing a sourcing RFQ, buyers add invitees or additional invitees to the RFQ and clicking apply causes error.

ERROR

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Action menu > Add Invitee > Invite Suppliers > Category selection > All Categories in RFQ
2. Search Category in "Supplier Profile" > Search > Select Suppliers ALL
3. Add to Invited Suppliers > Apply >Additional Suppliers screen ,
4. Scroll all the way down and clicking apply causes the error
