QA checker is Failing if multiple Usage schedule is defined for Usage type Variable Rate

Please enter no more than 1 Usage billing parameters structure rule(s) at line 1.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create UBB contract for term of 60 months.
2. Enter usage line with usage type “Variable Rate” and define multiple records in usage schedule.
3. QA checker has thrown the error “Please enter no more than 1 Usage billing parameters structure rule(s) at line 1.” while trying to activate the contract.
4. Note that with only record defined for usage schedule is not throwing QA checker error. Error is thrown if more than one usage schedule is defined.
