In Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), CLM iProcurement Command Center Does Not Allow Requisitions To Be Liquidated or Canceled (Doc ID 3073903.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management with Enterprise Command Center (ECC) in use, requisitions are unable to be liquidated or canceled in the CLM iProcurement ECC responsibility.



Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to Oracle Applications.
2. Navigate to a CLM iProcurement responsibility > Command Center tab.
3. Search for a requisition that is able to be liquidated.
4. Select the desired requisition and then click on Liquidate.
The user is returned to the main Requisitions ECC page instead of being able to liquidate the requisition.
The same results occur if the user tries to perform the Cancel action.
