Symptoms


Repeat Option does not show the correct days in the pay period

When opening Repeat option,  getting different dates than time period.

STEPS To Reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Make the system's default time behind UTC
2. Login to OJET Time Card Mobile App
3. Click on Time Entry and select Repeat option
4. Observe the date details for the Repeat is not same as timecard date. Repeat option starts with one date less and ends with one date less
