Symptoms
When attempting to Run the WLDataMigration script the following error occurs.

Error: Could not find or load main class oracle.apps.fnd.security.resource.WLDataMigration
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into EBS Application Server
2. Try to Run WLDataMigration script After sourcing the Environment
3. Which Throws The Above Error
