Wild character Search Does Not Work For Customer LOV While Creating New User (Doc ID 3074015.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, E-Business Suite.

When attempting to add an E-Business Suite (EBS) user and searching the Customer field with wild character in LOV, the following screen error occurs.

 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to E-Business Suite
2. Select 'System Administrator' responsibility.
3. Navigate  to Security >  User > Define.
4. Fill in User details.
5. Click the LOV for Customer field and try to search with wild character.

Above mentioned error appears on screen.
