Few Claims Are Not Showing In Channel Revenue Management Dashboard (Doc ID 3074040.1)

Symptoms

Receivables (AR) receipt has some AR claims (Deductions and Overpayments) created, but are not visible in Channel Revenue Management Dashboard.  


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Oracle Trade Management User Responsibility
3. Navigate to Claims page, claims are not returned in quick find or in the claim dashboard (summary).
