Project Forecast End Dates are Saved but Change When Generating Forecast (Doc ID 3074157.1)

Forecast end date is allowed to be changed on page and saved but after Generate Forecast is run the forecast end date reverts to original date prior to change.

Reproduction steps:

1. Projects responsibility
2. Navigate: Search Project>Financial>Budgets and Forecasts page
3. Select Maintain Version icon for the Forecast plan type
4. Select Edit icon for the current working version
5. Select Update Forecast Line Details icon
6. Update the Forecast Finish Date to a new date
7. Save and Submit

Verify date change:

1. Select Edit again for the current working version
2. All dates are correct

Generate the forecast:

1. Select Maintain Version icon for the Forecast plan type
2. Select Edit icon for the current working version
3. Select Update Forecast Line Details icon
4. Select Generate Forecast from the Actions LOV
5. Select Go
6. Confirm parameters
7. Select Generate and Edit
8. The Forecast End Date for all forecast lines with a Generation Source = Financial Plan will revert back to original date prior to changed date.
