Symptoms

While trying to export data from PO summary, the following error appears:

ERROR
FRM-40831:Truncation occurred : value too long for field cancel_reason

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchaisng Respsonbility
2. Purchase Order Summary > Query the PO
3. Go to shipment window > try to export the data
