BWC Update with Excel Error: Unit Of Measure is invalid (Doc ID 3074290.1)

Symptoms

When trying to update order line using 'Update with Excel', error related to Unit of Measure translation is encountered, if multiple languages are used.
Unit of Measure is displayed without translation.

Unit Of Measure is invalid

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module
2. Navigate to Buyer Work Center > Orders
3. Select existing Purchase Order > Open it at line level
4. Select Update with Excel > Perform needed updates in the excel file
5. Click on Upload
6. Error message occurs
