Error BEN_91832_PACKAGE_PARAM_NULL When Trying To Close Life Event Using Close Enrollment Process But Can Be Closed Via Person Life Event Screen Successfully (Doc ID 3074298.1)

Symptoms

Able to close a Salary life event at View Person Life Events panel,
   however unable to close same event via the Close Enrollment concurrent process.
When attempting to close via the process, getting below error:
  
 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to US Super HRMS Manager > Processes and reports > Submit 'Close Enrollment Process' for single person > select Person, and Salary life event in parameters.
     -  Receive error listed above.
2. Navigate to US Super HRMS Manager > People > Benefits Service Center > Query Person > Desktop Activities > View Person Life Events > highlight Salary life event.
3. Hit Close Event button
     - No Error is observed.
