Symptoms

When attempting to open the Statement Of Earnings (SOE) Report from Employee Assignment Processes form, it has been observed that the following error message is displayed:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AE HRMS Responsibility or equivalent
2. Go to View > Request > Submit a New Request.
3. Run Payroll Process.
4. Go to View > Assignment Process Results > search for one employee.
5. Click on SOE Report tab > the error message is displayed.
