Goal


When using the Employee Self-Service > Document Delivery Preferences function to select Delivery preferences for documents such as W-2, 1099R, or payslips, if all delivery address preferences are left available and an employee selects an option that they do not have configured (for example they only have a resident and work address on record), but they set their preference to Mailing Address, what will happen?
