Symptoms

 When clicking on Payment Process Request Name Hyperlink, the following error appears:

Error Page
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Responsibility: Oracle Payables
2. Path: Payments -> Enter -> Payment Manager: Payment Process Request
3. Query a Payment Process Request (PPR)
4. Click Need Action (Link) --> Open PPR Page
5. Click on PPR Name Hyperlink
