Symptoms
When creating the Intergovernmental Order (IGT Order) with Multiple Agency Location Codes (ALCs), an error occurs.
Error:
"Invalid Value XXX for Funding Office Code"
Replication Steps:
1. IGT Order is created
2. Multiple Agency Location Codes are utilized
3. Error occurs during processing
