Symptoms

Observed that, Search is taking time with % at both beginning and end.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using "XX HRMS Manager" Responsibility.

2. Navigate to People -> Enter and Maintain

3. Query by person name %TestEmp%

4. Observe that it takes long time (approx. 13 seconds)
