Symptoms
When attempting to run Payables Open Interface Import Program,
getting following error message:
ERROR MESSAGE
---------------------
"Cannot find a printer driver for printer type OMS Printer and print style LANDSCAPE
Cause: A printer driver for printer type OMS Printer and print style LANDSCAPE does not exist
Action: Check that print style LANDSCAPE is supported on printer type OMS Printer and a record exists in FND_PRINTER_INFORMATION
Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request 117487408.
Review your concurrent request log and/or report output file for more detailed information."
STEPS
------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Payables Responsibility
2. Go to Other -> Requests -> Run
3. Run the Payables Open Interface Import program
4. observed error pertaining to printer driver.
