Symptoms

Portugal SAFT file failed while uploading to Tax Authorities Site with the following error:

"Please note that the file control elements present differences that prevent submission. Summary of inconsistencies detected"


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Portugal Localization Responsability
2. Go to View Request > Submit a New Request
3. Submit the CLE: Generate SAFT-PT Audit File XML Data
