Symptoms

Concurrent program "Scheduled Payment Selection Report" is running for longer time which is not expected

SQL*Trace/TKPROF shows the following costly SQLs:

 


Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into Oracle Applications using a Payables Responsibility
  2. Open the Standard Request Submission (SRS) screen
    (N) Other > Requests > Run
  3. Find/Submit the "Scheduled Payment Selection Report"
  4. Review concurrent request progress.  Notice it hangs and/or takes longer to finish.
